NaPoWriMo

National Poetry Writing Month

Saturday, March 28, 2020/Categories: Entries

She's back.............but really not as the Gym Bytch...........more as someone that wants to write again and has done some on our camping website www.getoutandgorv.com - articles under the news tab, if you are interested. I have not written on this site since 2016..........and if you have met me since 2016, you might not want to go back and read this. It is vulgar, it is stream of consciousness - which is how I do my best writing. Perhaps, not from a grammatical or punctuation standpoint, but just my best flow of thoughts. Some of you will most certainly be offended by what I have written here in the past. Some of you may be offended for what I write during NaPoWriMo - if I even muster up the courage to tackle poetry. My brother-in-law, AJ, has done this and I find him to be an inspiration. He is getting ready for NaPoWriMo month. He writes beautifully, and based on the post he wrote today showing slips of paper with titles on them, he is incredibly well organized. He also is likely to use a lot of deep thinking, and proof reading. He may in fact be the literary polar opposite of me. That's ok. Nobody has to like what I write. I do it to empty things out of my over crowded brain. I should be slaving over the SBA information on small business rescue during COVID-19, but I think if I don't do some things I enjoy during this time of utter stress my brain may explode.

That's my excuse anyway. I hope you see me post some things on here - I seriously doubt if one will be able to classify them as poems, but whatever.

I hope you are all at home and safe and following the guidelines of physical distancing. If you are brave enough to read what I may post here in April, you will be closer to me from a mental distance perspective, and quite frankly that may be more frightening than the pandemic.

Virtual Hugs,

GB
